personalize page go to User profile
- Select User Mapping for
System Access
- Select the system alias.
- In this time the modify button will be
enabled, click it.
- Insert your credentials.
- Save the changes, click the save button.

The toolbar is designed to be suitable for your portal page, for example when you change the layout of your portal, the toolbar will be changed according to your changes.
You can
personalize your page by clicking on the
personalize link that appears on the top of
your portal pages. The personalization
window will open.
Change the Theme and save the changes and
close the window, when you go back to the
portal page you will see the changes'
effects on your portal page as well as on
your Toolbar as shown in the figures:

Go to Portal User –> Standard Portal Users -> Default framework page Open the default page. You will find Extentrix Toolbar for Citrix iView, select the check box related to the iView then select remove. Then add the toolbar to the selected pages you want

Go to the Extentrix Toolbar for Citrix and open the properties editor. Go to the “Application Parameter” field and set the “loginModel” parameter to SSO to use SSO model or Pass-Through to use Pass-Through model.

This error message appears when you use IE 7. But as a prerequisite you must install Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 because the toolbar iView doesn’t work with IE7. You can try this solution but we don’t guarantee that it will work.
