Q:

How can I change my credentials?

A:

You can change your credentials by using one of these ways:
1. Go to Options -> Logout. You will be redirected to credentials form where you can put your new credentials and click Go.
2. Go to Options -> Settings -> User Information. You can put your new credentials and click OK.

              

Q:

How can I change the number of shown folders and applications?

A:

Go to Options -> Settings -> General Information -> Icons to show. You can select the number of icons you want. Your selected number of applications will be applied to the toolbar, so the applications that are more than your number will be kept in the overflow button >>.

              

Q:

Can I resize Extentrix Turbo Access Toolbar?

A:

Yes. Right click Extentrix Turbo Access Toolbar and uncheck Lock the Toolbars. Now you can hold Extentrix Turbo Access Toolbar and resize it. Extra applications will be kept in the overflow button >>.

              

Q:

Can I change Extentrix Turbo Access Toolbar’s color and style?

A:

Yes. Go to Options -> Settings -> General Information. You can select your own color and style, then click OK.

              

Q:

Can I run any application with a specific file?

A:

Yes. From this application’s drop down menu , Go to Set application's parameters. You can put your file path and click OK. Now from this application’s drop down menu, click Launch application, so it will be launched with the file you set.

              

Q:

Can I run the application with a server file?

A:

Yes. From this application’s drop down menu, Go to Set application's parameters -> Put your file path -> Uncheck Treat file as client check box and click OK.

              

Q:

If there are new published applications after my login to the toolbar, should I logout and login again to see them?

A:

No. You can Go to Toolbar Options >> click Refresh. All published applications will be reloaded again. so any new published applications will be shown.

              

Q:

Can Extentrix Turbo Access Toolbar work on different machine user accounts?

A:

Yes. Extentrix Turbo Access Toolbar can save each user account settings. So each user account can have its own settings.

              

Q:

What is the personal edition?

A:

Personal Edition is designed for individual use. Simply connect to your XenApp server PNAgent to obtain your published applications. This edition is sold to individuals with 1 user license.

              

Q:

How to add personal license?

A:

From Extentrix Menu or Option menu choose Add License, you can activate 30 days free trial license or provide license key and activate it. For more information refer to Extentrix Turbo Access Toolbar2.0 User's Guide.

              

Q:

How to add enterprise license?

A:

This version requires Extentrix Web Services Application Edition to be installed in the network.
To add Extentrix turbo Access Toolbar:
• Open Extentrix Web Services Management Console
• Right click the License Manager Node and click Add License
• If you don’t have a key for the product, please contact Extentrix support (sales@extentrix.com ).
• Enter the product key in its field. And click activate

              

Q:

How can I change the current web services URL or PNAgent URL I connected to ?

A:

 n From option menu select Settings then select User Settings tab.

 n Insert your new URL and credentials

              

Q:

When I launch IE, a rotating image appears at the right corner of the applications tray section, what is that ?

A:

After the first successful login the published applications will be cached, so later when you start your IE, the cached application will be available for you until the toolbar connects to the given URL and get the published applications again. The rotating image indicating that the current applications are cached applications, and try connecting to the given URL.

              

Q:

I failed to add personal License on Vista, What to do ?

A:

To add personal license on vista you have to disable User Access Control (UAC) before adding the license. After you add the license you can enable it (turn it on) again .
