Our user’s experience is the highest priority and we value their visual impact on our design, so we put that into consideration in our Toolbar design. Its design features are:

• Intuitive navigation: You’ll be able to find the application you need quickly and easily with few clicks.

• Easy on the eyes: The Extentrix Toolbar is easy to see yet requires very little space on portal display area. It’s conveniently located near the top of the screen and always available. We know that portal users do lots of jobs using their portal and so they spend a lot of time browsing their portal so we consider issues such as color blindness to make sure it will not harm their eyes when they see it for a long time or get any bad impact on the user.

• Little impact on the user’s show area: Usually the users like the show area to be as large as possible and like focusing on it. They don’t like any thing to take from the size of their main show area or scatter their focus with the menus to the left and the right, tabs in the upper side, etc… So we consider our toolbar to be small in height and size and save the users show area.

Ability to contain folders:
Extentrix Toolbar for Citrix has the ability to contain many folders; you can navigate as usual windows

When you click on any folder, that folder will be opened, the up button appear and the tool tip for the up button will be set to the folder path

Show and hide applications:
Users can select one of the published applications from the complete set by using this feature. Thus, they can save space and make the process of finding applications easy by hiding unwanted applications.

Maintains the settings:
Extentrix Toolbar for Citrix maintains the settings of the hidden applications when users return to their page after logging out. Extentrix Toolbar for Citrix saves the last settings for the users.

No need to login
The Toolbar internally supplies the user’s Citrix Presentation Server credentials based on initial set-up. So you don’t have to waste time entering your Citrix password each time.It is enough to insert it once at the first time you use our toolbar. In the following times login to the portal it is enough to use Extentrix Toolbar, because the toolbar system is designed to look for the mapped credential that you entered first time.

Simple to Integrate:
No special knowledge is required to implement the Extentrix Toolbar. With a general knowledge and very simple steps, you will have Extentrix Toolbar for Citrix on your portal.
